It All Begins Here!
Southern Career College in Jacksonville is an independent, co-educational, private college that provides applied education in specialized career fields. Our programs offer training for entry-level career opportunities in fields such as Nursing Assistant, Medical Assisting, CAD, Network Administration and Business. At SCC we provide students with individualized attention and hands-on training from instructors who are experts in their professions. We offer a supportive environment, which we believe is the most conducive to learning and to personal and professional growth.
The key to our career training programs begins in the classroom. SCC students receive personal attention in smaller classroom environments and a focused learning curriculum. This innovative approach to education allows our students to typically take only one course per month, and the hands-on training approach helps students turn theory into practice.
Day and evening classes are available, and career placement services are available to our students from admission through graduation and beyond. Financial aid is available to those that qualify.
